We order food and paid the bill and left, I did not realized I did not get a itemized bill only a credit card bill to sign so we went back to ask for a itemized bill because we only ordered a few things and the bill was very high. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, this place is dirty and the staff is not friendly and lack a lot of customer service skills. Now apparently the fire alarm and lights is only going off in the hotel and not in the casino section of the building, so the people in the casino had no idea what was going on because the casino is very noisy. The rake in the poker room is terrible. My husband by anyone's account has the most non threatening appearance. The hotel rooms are very reasonable, particularly if you are a member of the "Club" which you can join for free. In conclusion I had never been to a Indian reservation Casino that was so disorganized and lack so much customer service skills. There did not appear to be table games. And we had to wait 30 minutes until a escort came to take us to the restaurant and also had to wait again when we were done eating to be escorted back out.
